Got a + opk today and have come down with an awful cold. I have been doing LE and exercise for months. Would it be a horrible idea to take some airborne to help me get over this cold before the weekend? Normally I would power through, but we have a lot going on and I feel miserable (and either airborne or spark always help me recover).

Airborne or Spark on girl sway??

I wouldn't. I unerstand you believe it works, but the evidence indicates that it doesn't and in fact Airborne had to pay a multi-million dollar settlement to people for false advertising. We don't know that a dose or two of vitamins harms a sway (especially at this point) but I personally would not take the chance for something that doesn't work anyway.
I am not familiar with Spark and getting tons of hits when I try to Google it, not sure what youre using but if it's similar to Airborne I'd skip it for the same reason.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Spark is a branch chain, vitamin and mineral drink that has caffeine. I am a coach for the company. I was hoping you'd say it was a boy sway drink. Lol I've been drinking it for the last three years. I definitely agree it makes you feel better when you're sick though.

I'd hesitate using it for blue either though, since it does have sucralose (may sway pink) and that megadose of B vitamins may delay O for some people. We also don't know how the amino acids tend to sway, while we assume it's blue, we've seen quite a few girls conceived to heavy energy drink consumers (especially in guys who drink them) I think it's fine on occasion for blue swayers but I would not make a habit of it.

Hmm interesting BCAAs is definitely something I would have thought to be a boy sway since it helps build and maintain muscle. I just assumed since it was the building block it was a big boy sway. Most energy drinks don't have BCAAs. Have to get specific ones.
Does a delayed o sway? I hadn't found that one on here yet.
I usually do one Spark a day and so many of my fellow AdvoCare ladies are having boys. Perhaps it's all the other vitamins we take and the lifestyle meal plan we follow to be healthy that's been doing that. Hopefully it just helps my sway!! Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Please understand that it is impossible for me to study, in depth, every product that is on the market to find out how it sways. I am not saying how any of these things sway. I'm saying here are my concerns, here is my observation, the sucralose supposedly sways pink, etc. and if the spirit moves you, then it's totally at your discretion and keep us posted how it works for you! Not trying to start any arguments, it's just that unless I have a good feel for how something sways, if it's not necessary, then I tend to err on the side of leaving it out.

Re delayed O and swaying - it depends on WHY the O is delayed. If it's PCO-related it may sway blue. IF it's delayed for other reasons (such as low estrogen) it may sway pink. The real issue with delayed O is that it makes it pretty darn hard to get pregnant in a timely fashion if your cycles are 2-3 months long and you have no clue when the egg is gonna drop, and also because when O is delayed it often, not always but often, also seems to come hand in hand with a short LP that may cut odds of conception in and of itself. Hope this makes sense.
