Hey all
Looking to do an order for my & DH supplements shortly on iherb.
Wondering if anyone could advise on brands for Folic Acid and Olive Leaf Extract.
Also any supplements you think I should throw in the mix.
TIA!

I have just ordered from iherb, be aware u will get an importation charge so my order from iherb was £83 and got stunk for £29 of taxes by hmrc and i assume DHL though trying to clarify the latter.
I am reading a book called 'it's starts with the egg' and it recommends folate, not folic acid, actually Dr P said the same.
I can photograph pages from book if it is helpful or you can order on Amazon. It's cheap.
I'm also taking
Pregnacare
Q10
DHA
D3
Vit C
I'm new to this too so keen to hear what the experts say....

I don't suggest brands as there are a million of them on the market and they are constantly changing them, it would be a full time job to keep up to speed on them.
Any name brand that you recognize.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Re folate vs. folic acid - most people can take folic acid just fine. A minority of people with MTHFR or other clotting disorders cannot tolerate folic and need folate. Anyone can take folate so some people like to take it just in case, but the problem is that it is much more expensive. Some people cannot afford it, and will end up taking neither one. This is very risky and since most people can take the folic acid, I still recommend it for anyone who does not have a clotting disorder or history of 3 or more unexplained miscarriages.
