    Questions about starting

    Hello!

    I understand the LE diet for the most part but have a few questions!

    If I drink a cup or two of coffee first thing in the morning but skip breakfast does that still count for lowering my glucose levels? Same with wine at night a few hours after dinner...should I just have it with dinner instead?

    If I can't dedicate 60 mins of cardio 5-6 days a week does it actually sway blue to do 4 days at 30 mins each time?

    We aren't too keen on taking many supplements, especially ones that have side effects. Does the diet alone work (with added folic acid) or is there something else we def. should be adding? We got pregnant both times on our first attempt with boys.

    Are peppermint tea and sugar substitutes still recommended for swaying pink?

    Also is jump and dump something that will work? Both times we got pregnant prior I sat in bed with my legs up for 20 mins or so! We are thinking of doing just one attempt since we also did it every day last time to get our boys.

    Coffee in the morning (provided no sugar) is fine and virtually all of us did that.

    Technically alcohol is supposed to be with a meal but that's something a fair number of people (myself included) fudge the rules on now and then.

    the 60 minutes seems more important than number of days per week. I would not do 30 min. of exercise, but you may want to do 4 days at 60 minutes (although in the interest of full disclosure I feel like we've seen a drop in our exercise success rates after people have started to do that)

    We have moved away from the swaying supps as they didn't get good results and had more risks and side effects. Most are now doing just folic and fiber.

    Pep tea IS a supplement. If you are concerned with supplements you'll need to give that a pass too as it has medicinal qualities just like any herb does.

    Sugar substitutes, I do not believe work, but some people will still use them. Up to you.

    Jump and dump (most do after 5 minutes, not immediately) did seem to add a little something in our results.

    Yes yes please do one attempt! One of our best sway tactics.
