Made it to the third tri!

Made it to 28w+2 today....third trimester officially! Dang. How'd that happen?

Funny how time seemed to pass by too danged slow and suddenly we feel like we're running out of time. Still so much to do and I ended up procrastinating my GD test because DH was out of town the last two weeks, so I really must get that done this week (urgh).

Met my OB today (yes we don't get to see them till super late around here) and she seemed agreeable to inducing at 38-39w so fx I can avoid the traumatizing precipitous labour that I had last time. Physically I feel pretty good - a bit blobby and easily tired by the end of the day, but not bad and my SPD hasn't irked me at all lately which is weird. I think I read something about how by third tri the baby is big enough to transfer the weight to the pelvic bones instead of it all being on the cervical area, so maybe that's helping....definitely helps that baby isn't sitting too low like DS3 was.

In other very happy news, I've been able to DTD again and it all seems okay as far as the bleeding/spotting is concerned! I still sometimes spot afterwards but it's not bad at all. Both DH and I have been VERY happy LOL - we're like crazy couple on our honeymoon again, between DH's long dry spell and my crazy hormones. Wheee! The really great part is all that oxytocin has also helped my anxiety/depression issues a lot and I feel pretty awesome about it overall. (TMI: Though I really ought to stop spending so much money on luxury bedroom goodies since after baby arrives we won't be able to do much for ages afterwards......)
