We will have our first attempt on CD12 (I usually O CD14.) Would it be better for us not to BD at all until then, or is it ok to BD before our attempt and just use protection for that one?

I take it you a swaying girl? My understanding is that it is ok to BD before your one attempt using protection. Think the idea is avoid regular BD though (ie every 2-3 days). This frequency is best for sperm health/fertility and may sway blue.

Yes at least to start out with, that's what we've found most successful - the one unprotected BD.
Now, in addition to that, you can add on something like a 7-10 day abstain for DH OR having him release on his own or with you, with a condom, for 7-10 consecutive days. But these things have not gotten great odds of conception and have not seemed to add anything in our results.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
