He didn't eat red meat and ate more healthily than in the past.

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

Coffee 2x a day, peppermint tea 2x a day. No snacking. Two meals, but ate more than most on this forum seemingly. Worried that if I went too overboard with low nutrient, would have sick child like my ds2.

Still v raw atm, was so hopeful I'd finally get my daughter. No more kids, as can't really afford this one...
