How did you get Clomid?

Hey all - two questions: First, I know this information has to be here somewhere from Atomic, but is there an article or anything that explains HOW Clomid sways pink? And second, for ladies with a normal cycle, how did you get Clomid from your doctor? Mine would just look at me like I'm crazy if I suggested I needed it.

Just for those who are not motivated to hunt down the info (and honestly, I wrote that essay ages ago and I feel a lot more iffy on the proclamations in that TBH) we don't know HOW Clomid sways. Our theories have been a little bit pummeled by the fact that Femara, which does none of the stuff that Clomid does in terms of drying up CM and affecting lining negatively, ALSO sways pink!

the best way to get Clomid is by going in and saying you have been TTC for 6 months or more and aren't getting pregnant. Do not ask for Clomid, just ask for help getting pregnant and they will usually give it to you. If they don't, that's ok, don't ask for it even then, don't get uptight, just go on your way since you're no worse off than you were to start with. If they want you to have some tests done, that's ok, just take the order and then don't go to the lab. If anyone asks you (they usually won't) just say something came up at (your work, husband's work, kid's school, grandma's health, etc) and you decided not to TTC for a while. And if they do manage to put you in a position where you have to have the tests done and it all comes back normal, that is ok. Lots of the people who are put onto Clomid have unexplained infertility, their tests come back normal but they just don't get pregnant (and yes, Clomid does seem to help with that) so if you can't get out of the testing, don't worry, they aren't going to yell at you or anything, and won't even seem any different than millions of people who are prescribed it every day.
