I don't know what is going on but my skin is the worst it has been in my entire life! Even as a teenager I only really got spots on my chin, but the last few months I have been getting them on my head, chin, hairline even chest some of them are little things but some are massive and red it's just embarrassing.

I was wondering if it's the dairy I'm having more of? Or hormones? Anyone any ideas?

I suffer from adult acne, it started in my early 20's and is still here in my early 30's! I have a typical boy diet naturally but have always found dairy makes my skin worse. Since drastically reducing dairy it's got better although I've not cut it completely so I still do get spots. I am now just about to start a proper LE diet so I wonder if mine will improve? Be a good test to see if diet really does influence skin.

It's awful and I really feel for you as it can really affect your confidence. If it becomes a real issue i recommended seeing your GP as there's loads of treatments which work well for spots
