No. If there was, swaying would be pointless and so would doing PGD for family balancing. None of the charts are consistent with one another and there are LOTS of unwanted girls out there because many cultures only value boys. All you'd have to do is look at the chart and find what months to try for the desired gender but it doesn't work that way. You'd be better off having the flip of a coin telling you what the gender is/will be.

If there were any ancient wisdom that China had that could predict gender, there would not be orphanages full of unwanted baby girls there.

We have done tons of polls and threads on this over the years and it is always 50-50 across the whole population.
