T Minus 10 Days! Advice!

Hello!

I am about 10 days away from my first attempt. Atomic has been amazing with info and answering questions, but I wanted to post to see if there are an last words of advice for me as I get closer to my first attempt. My husband and I have been following our plans and I've been pretty good with the diet, especially no snacking which is the hardest for me!

Good luck. It must be quite scary when you edge close to attempt date. Maybe try to focus on other things? You've done what you can now, just try and distract yourself as much as possible as stress not good. Maybe have an extra glass of wine if that's part of your sway or plan for him to give you a massage or something to keep you calm
Try stay strict in 2ww too as that can have an influence but I'm sure you already know that. I know I'll be a nervous wreck too when it comes to our attempt. Well done for sticking to your sway. Good Luck

No advice other than relax and don't have swaying at the forefront of your mind. Good luck!!!
