    What are you doing in your sway?

    Im just so confused at this point. I have been ttc for almost a year with no luck. The first half couple months I did the IG diet then switched to the French diet and then these past few months gave up on both and stopped the calcium/magnesium and was doing the low everything diet. Where I pretty much ate what I wanted but skipped breakfast the whole week before ovulation until confirmed and ate very little. Im just not sure what I should do right now. What is everyone else doing and why?

    Ok, in a nutshell, this is what I am doing....

    1. Losing weight - I have lost about a stone in 2 months (weigh about 11 stone now but am 5ft 11)

    Missing breakfast
    Eating lunch - sandwich usually
    Eating dinner - not eating much meat but haven't totally cut it out
    Stopped snacking

    I am rubbish at counting things and as long as I am losing weight, I am happy.

    2. Supplements

    Vitex
    Saw Palmento

    3. Antihistimine (few days around O)

    4. Frequent release for DH for 14 days. On the day of our attempt, we dumped the first batch, then DTD again with the second.

    5. DTD once on the day of but thinking of adding a second attempt 2 days later after O

    6. Keep fingers and toes crossed and pray!

    I am of the opinion that swaying needs to fit into my life not the other way around and I need to be pregnant to have any chance at a girl. This is only my second month of trying though and I know I will start to drop things if I am TTC for too much longer.

    I'm in my first month, but we're doing:

    1 - weight loss + diet
    loose LE diet (to slow weight loss)
    never any breakfast

    2- supps
    vit B6 for luteal phase defect
    Folic Plus- including calcium + vit D to help with calc absorption, folic acid
    extra folic acid
    experimenting with vitex

    3 - douche: RepHresh every 3 days

    4 - BD:
    through O, several attempts - this gives best chance of pregnancy whilst RepHresh keeps pH down
    compressed frequent release - having one release within 12hrs prior to each attempt as this drastically lowers sperm count
    J&D after 10mins
    no big O

    5 - no antihistamines (due to BF and not wanting to risk milk supply)

    6 - other:
    loads of rose quartz, air purifier/neg ioniser next to bed with added lavender oil, USB neg ioniser in office, loads of lavender bath products
    fertility spell for a daughter from ebay
    moon phase: not worrying about this
