    Pcos and alcohol?

Just wondering with pcos if I should factor alcohol (white wine) into my sway? Or best to leave it out?

PCOS is not helped at all by extra sugar. Wine is full of sugar(especially white) so if you are trying to combat PCOS, stay away from wine for sure.

While most PCOS guidelines will say to skip alcohol, this is advice for the average PCOSer who is very likely NOT working to control their PCOS via diet/lifestyle in any other way. A person who is overweight and eating a carb/sugar heavy diet would not do themselves any favors adding booze onto that. But that's not what we are doing. We are eating a better diet than most follow Swaying under special circumstances Part 3 PCOS, we are losing weight, we are exercising (and remember, PCOSers should ALL exercise even if it is moderate), many are using cinnamon/myoinositol/Metformin. We do still use alcohol for PCOS swayers and have gotten good results doing so.
