Extreme all day sickness any advice?

I am now 7 weeks along after swaying for a little girl. For the past 2 weeks I have had all day nausea. Days will pass that I can't even get out of bed. I never had this rough of a time with any of my 3 boys. Last week I was in the ER for dehydration and I am going entire days with only eating a handfull of cereal or a peice of toast, everything grosses me out. I have lost 10lbs. Has anyone else had this bad of sickness? Any advice or can u tell me when it will end! [emoji27]

I have used and been told to try Unisom and B-6. I take one unisom in the evening and I can function in the day. I am currently 29w and still fighting it. Sorry you are so sick. HUGS

I *think* it is a boy. Long story. It sounds like you need to force yourself to eat, even just a little bit to try to get over the hump. I have used pickles, crackers, lemon drops, peppermint candy, that is all I can think of at the moment. HUGS

This is me also, let's be sick together!! I feel awful and want to sleep but with little one that is not going to happen. I found carbs (plain pasta) increased my energy for about an hour or so. But today I couldn't stomach it. If you come across anything please share. Hope you feel better soon

I'm sorry you're feeling so sick. I had bad morning sickness with my first two boys. With DS1 I survived on Gatorade and popsicles until about 12 weeks or so because it was all I could stomach. I remember trying to eat some cereal once and I immediately threw it back up. With DS2 I was throwing up multiple times a day but I forced myself to eat small bland meals anyway. It's important to not let yourself go too long without eating. I know that's hard though!! I found that I felt less nauseous if I snacked even though food smelled and looked repulsive. I also found ginger candies helped and soda too, particularly coke and root beer. My sickness went away completely at 15 weeks with DS1 and around 20 weeks with DS2. I hope you feel better soon!
