I started taking myo inositol this cycle. I was due af 3 days ago, however I have an extremely light flow. I was expecting it to get heavier any day now (I normally spot for one day and then get a heavy flow the next day) but I'm starting to think it's just a very light af.
Has anyone else had this experience?
Thanks.

It’s the myoinositol and swaying pink. Both can and often cause lighter, shorter periods.
🤞🏻for you!
