You don't have to do something to lower sperm count. None of the frequency patterns have even worked and one attempt has been most important. Even though you got a boy with it before, you should still do it at least to start with.
If your husband is not able to do sway supps due to age I would skip all that other stuff anyway. We need to be sure he's in with a good amount of healthy sperm to get you pregnant with.!!! Questions??

Yes, me. My husband wouldn't sway or do anything whatsoever to help and we still got a girl after 4 boys
