Quick question. I am overweight but do not have PCOS - is it more important (for my sway) that I aim to lose the weight rather than the nutrients? I had previously good results doing slimming world recipes (vegetable soups for lunch etc) which I know will help me lose the weight quickly so my question is would that be ok and more important than the fact that my intake of nutrients would be higher than usual?
I'm sure I read somewhere that the weight loss was more important but I can't find it. TIA

Both are important. I cannot say which, I actually think it's more likely the nutrients because we've had plenty of people get opposites even with wegiht loss.
You CAN do Slimming World though. Lots of people have done it. You just tweak it a little to be sure you're eating a bit less protein than they call for and getting more of your fat and protein from vegetable sources and not animal.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
