If I do cut off, what day will it be??

Ok so AF is here! Started on the 4th, I should have +OPK on the 20th. I want to do cut off even though I know it may not be necessary (peace of mind for me), if I do 3 day will it be the 17th or 18??

My diet has been pretty good, really strict for 2 weeks, but will be 3wks when I O. Prior to strict LE I low sodium, no red meat.

Supplements:
Cranberry, B6 (started today), Calcium/Mag, Folic (this week, prenatal weeks prior)
DH: cranberry, he drinks lots of milk throughout day plus make him choke down a pill here and there, licorice root, will have him start taking 2x a day - since many success stories I've read the DH has taken at least 2 if not 3.

I want to use Sudafed before an hour or 30 min before, as well as DH.

My aunt always believed that the age of your conception plus the month you conceived, if it is even that means girl, odd boy! (ex. I am 31 + 1 (January conception month) )= 32, even) Don't know if it's true, by luck it's true for me and almost all family members! Just thought I would throw an old wive's tale out there!

you'll likely OV the day after the pos OPK
how quickly do you want to conceive? the faster you do, the smaller cut off I'd attempt because cut offs do drastically lower your chances of conception each cycle

I personally think that BD on the 17th for O on the 21st (or even later) is TOO FAR out.
That could be as much as a 4 day cutoff - 24 hrs from 17th to 18th, 18th to 19th, 19th to 20th, 20th to 21st, equals as much as 4 full days, and if you O even later than 24 hrs after your pos opk that's even longer. You are really cutting down your odds of conception 18th or even 19th.
