I tried searching through the threads but couldn't find this answer. If I should be looking at a certain thread please send it.
What about spices? I am talking about a small amount of sprinkled on, salt-free, msg free, dry spices - not fresh herbs. Like sprinkling an herb mix on your rice? I love Penzey's blends. Are there any that are a big no-no? Any that actually sway pink? What about heat - like cayenne?

The traditional view of swaying (IG Style) does not allow herbs or spices for the most part because they are alkalinizing.
However, they are allowed in dietary amounts in the LE Diet and French Gender Diet.
You may want to make an exception of garlic, which can raise testosterone and might be better avoided for pink swayers.
Cinnamon may sway pink by lowering blood sugar. Some of the leafy herbs have calcium, if that is important to you.
I am slighlty wary about cayenne (altho I do include some heat in the LE Diet recipes) because it can loosen mucus secretions and ~may~ make more CM, so just keep an eye on it. Most of the time hot spices affect mostly your nose and mouth, not "below the equator" haha.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
