I'm sticking to strips.
Personally for me I feel it must be my PH. My friend has a similar diet to me except for she eats desserts everynight and I don't. She has 3 boys.

Proteins + carbs = boys! I eat dessert as well and I have 4!
pH can def. help but it is not the end-all, be-all. Too many opposites are being conceived by people whose pH was "perfect".!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
