Swayed pink, I try not to go over my sway as what's done is done
I'm now 9 ish weeks, and the gender disappointment is there already
And I don't even know what I'm having
I just know it's a boy!
Feel exactly the same as I did with my son, same cravings and not physically sick just nausea
I use social media a lot especially Instagram and when I was pregnant with my boy I followed loads and loads of 'boy' mums because I loved seeing them so happy with their lovely boys
Anyway, now all of these mums are having their second or third children and yep, all girls
Literally every single one
It's all I see! And it's like every time my heart stops for a second and I feel sick
I unfollow them (pathetic I know) but I'm just so overwhelmed with jealousy
I can't shop in normal shops as even walking past the girls section kills me!
My son has the most beautiful hair and sometimes I brush it and play with it and my heart breaks that I won't be able to do girly styles for real! (How superficial)
I don't want to tell anyone I'm pregnant because I just know the comments I will get
I've already been told 'I can imagine you with all boys' ahhhrgh
I'm going to be finding out at 16 weeks
I have nowhere else to voice this and I know there are so many women on here who understand!

I’m so sorry you are feeling like this, but many MANY people will definitely understand these same feelings. I’ve just tried for the first time this month and am sitting at 3dpo... I am already convinced that any pregnancy I have will be a boy baby. I think it’s my minds way of coping early. I wonder if that is the same for you? Be gentle on yourself [emoji8][emoji8]

Oh hun, I totally understand how you feel!!!
I feel like everyone is having girls too. And with social media it seems like they're all saying things like 'my forever bestie', and 'I now feel complete'.... Argh!
One of my friends just had her second (a girl, after already having a boy) and she named her a possible name I had in mind if I ever had a girl. It made me sad, but then I felt ridiculous as I'm not even pregnant yet, let alone pregnant with a girl!
And I feel like that too about little things like never having a little girl to braid hair or dress in a pretty dress...
It might be silly to some, but I know lots of us in here understand
All I can say is you're absolutely not alone!!!
Sending you loads of pink dust!
xxMama to 2 beautiful boys
Expecting our sway baby July '18. Fingers crossed for a healthy pink bean!

For what it’s worth symptoms really have nothing to do with it so even if you feel the same it doesn’t mean anything at all. (I surveyed so many people on this in my last pregnancy
!)
I feel the same though. Girl sections kill me and I even hate most shops choice of girl clothes - wouldn’t touch pink clothes yet still get depressed walking by it.and yep, everyone around me having little girls. I can’t even explain the desire to anyone but people on this group. Fingers crossed for you.
