Cannot get pregnant again

Not sure why I can not get pregnant after 8-9 cycles including 3 failed clomid rounds. I’ve been pregnant three times but only have 2 children. Not sure what’s wrong with me now.

If you have been using clomid, I assume you have seen a doctor. What kinds of testing have they done on you?

Please tell me again everything you're doing and taking, pattern of BD and stuff like that and I'll tell you what we can tweak.

My OB prescribed me the clomid. I did 50mg, 50mg and 100mg. She was monitoring me for cysts via ultrasound before each round and did a progesterone level after the first cycle which was 18.2. I have had an LH, FSH, TSH, Prolactin and an HSG and everything was “normal” but I still can’t seem to get pregnant again no matter what I do.

BD patterns- every other day then 3 days in a row at positive OPK and then after 6 cycles I gave up on the every other day and did it 4-5 days in a row for a couple of cycles. Nothing seems to be working.

Sups- prenatal vitamin, folate 1000mcg, vitamin d and probiotic. Also just finished third round of Clomid. It was confirmed that I was ovulating with a progesterone level of 18.2 for only the first round. I did 50mg, 50mg and 100mg. All failed.

I am going to see an RE on December 12th because my OB only does three rounds of Clomid. I also had an MMC with D&C and a chemical in between having my DD’s. Instead of being fertile Mertle I think I was just lucky Lucy at this point. I’m getting very discouraged and losing hope. I don’t know if I’ll ever get pregnant again. Oh! And I had an HSG in June and all was “normal”. I have had bloodwork done and all of hat is normal. My DH sperm count in June was 197 million overall but 35 million viable I think.

I want you guys BD every 2 days, not every other. So skip 2 days like Monday, Thursday, Sunday. Just in case eod is too much for hubby's swimmers.

the 4-5 days in a row can actually backfire because if you start it too soon by the time the egg shows up he'll be shooting blanks. I want you every 2 days plus extra 2-3 attempts at or around pos OPK or whenever you expect to ovulate.

Okay, yes I am using preseed cause clomid dried me up. Just as a lube, per your instructions. Yes took guafenisin 1200mg a few days before O and after. The every two days won’t decrease my chances? What if I end up no BD’ing the day before a positive OPK?

in addition to the e2d I still want you to do the extra attempts at/around pos opK as per my above instructions.

are we 100% sure hubby is not helping himself more often than that?

Also, are you staying down at least 30 minutes after intercourse? If not, do, and if you are already, try spending at least part of that time laying on your tummy.

Lol! Yes I’m sure. He works a lot lately and I’ve told him we can’t have any of that if we want to get pregnant. Yes, I lay down after BD for a minimum of 30 minutes on my back. I will try laying on my stomach. The weird thing is that we got pregnant both times with DD doing every day but this time around nothing is working. I still can’t believe after 3 rounds of clomid and what feels like a millions cycles later that I’m still not pregnant.
