Has anyone else had this? I am seriously craving salt, almost like I am hungover! And huge appetite. I do think I am about to ovulate but I don’t usually get these symptoms! Has anyone else experienced this on the LE diet? Feel like I have fallen off the wagon with my diet because of these cravings which is a shame as means I will need to put trying to conceive back another month now :-(

Hang in there! Cravings and an increase in appetite are both very common around ovulation and during the 2WW. This is because of the increase in progesterone. The best thing to do is plan for a few cheats during this time or keep veggies on hand to snack on, since these are free for calories/fat/protein. I always kept baby carrots, sliced sweet bell peppers and cauliflower out in a large bowl to snack on. Just try and do the best you can!

EAT IT
Salt doesn't even sway. I am totally convinced it does nothing and I got my daughter eating tons of it after getting my 4th boy while limiting it.
