Yep! Just don’t tell him about it or talk about it with him. Keep doing it anyway. Most of us had to sway without our DHs knowing or helping in any way, myself included.

Mine thinks I’m (slightly) crazy and doesn’t see how it’ll change anything. So we just don’t discuss it and I eat when/how I need to

Some husbands don't want to participate or think it's silly and that's okay. It's possible to sway without his help.
Why does he think the diet has zero nutrition? Healthy foods like fruits, veggies, eggs, grains, beans, dairy are definitely allowed. The calories, fat, and protein are still within the recommended amount for women.'12

The LE Diet is based on recommendations from the World Health organization about what a healthy pre-pregnancy diet is, in the minimum healthy intake. So it's actually perfectly fine (provided you're in the limits) and not starving yourself.
Now as for husbands, most husbands haven't helped one bit with swaying and it is fine! WE still got girls that way!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
