Peppermint Tea - what does it do and how much?

    Hi,

I read that you should drink it, but can't recall what it does.

Also, I love Peppermint Tea. How much is recommended, can you drink too much of it? I drink it pure without anything.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks.

It lowers testosterone I read somewhere that 2 cups a day is all that's needed.

Giving it to you straight here - we don't totally know. What we do know is that some women with very high testosterone levels found their conditions to improve when drinking pep tea and it is believed that it may lower levels of testosterone, and possibly lower or raise estrogen as well (sorry I know that's not terribly helpful LOL).

Anyway, this conflicting info has led IG to recommend saw palmetto as an option to PT. I personally prefer saw palmetto because I think it works better anyway and believe it or not, may even be safer. But SP is not safe if you are breastfeeding.

Dose on pep tea is 3 cups a day (and some people were drinking WAY more than that) but I personally prefer people stick to 1-2.
