    10 mg (in prenatal) Tried to get a lot of potassium via food and drink as well (coconut water and tomato juice). Aimed for 4000 mg daily.

    No change. Continued to season/salt my food as I normally would.

    Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
    I tried to eat a lot and often. Ate meals and snacked in between. It was almost a struggle some days to get all my nutrients and food requirements in.

    6 weeks
    Did you skip breakfast regularly?
    No
    Did DH change his diet with you?
    No
    Comments regarding DH's diet-
    Encouraged DH to eat lots of onions, garlic and oats. We eat a lot of garlic and onions anyway though. Also encouraged protein and carbs at every meal and snacking (he eats away from home often but I think he tried his best).
    DId you consume alcohol?
    • A couple of drinks per week


    DId you try to limit caffeine?
    Yes, I had 1 drink per day
    Any Diet Details?
    I switched from coffee to green and black tea. I drank a total of 2 bags of green tea and 2 bags of black tea daily.

    Again, I just really tried to eat often and healthy (even though I didn't feel like eating at times).

    154, BMI probably around 23

    I tried to work out 3-4 days a week. I did cardio and weightlifting. I also pushed myself fairly hard to lift heavy.

    Had pre-seed, but didn't use. Had used some in the weeks leading up to BD, but not at attempt.

    Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
    No
    Things that make me feel great about my sway:
    The fact that we had 1 attempt and it worked! Also that it was 33 hours after a positive OPK. I also tried to be diligent with diet and exercise.
    Things that make me nervous about my sway:
    DH was smoking at the time (has since quit) and we have a slightly higher girl ratio on both sides of our families.
    Things worth mentioning:
    I had drank a fair amount of red wine the night BD.

    Also forgot to add, I almost exclusively drank lemon water. Ate red meat everyday and again, just really tied to eat lots of fruits and veggies, dried fruits, nuts, and high potassium everything!
