Comments regarding DW's diet changes-I tried to eat a lot and often. Ate meals and snacked in between. Also forgot to add, I almost exclusively drank lemon water. Ate red meat everyday and again, just really tied to eat lots of fruits and veggies, dried fruits, nuts, and high potassium everything!
