Does it mind when I start my sway on any day of the month or is it better to start on CD 1?
I know a real control freak question 😝

I think it's better from the control freak angle of it all if you don't pick A BIG DAY to start your sway. Start making little changes over time instead of picking one single day to kick everything off. Because firstly it really is a control freak question to ask, and secondly picking this one day to start swaying means you're treating it like a project and not a lifestyle anyway. We have way better compliance with the people who ease into it instead of those who dive into the deep end all at once.
The "shocking your body" idea has not worked. We tried it at first but it hasn't seemed to be effective whereas "slow and steady" has been. So stick with slow and steady changes over time!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
