    Vitamin D Defficiency & HypoThyroid?

    Hello Atomic,
Just had a blood test as I was unwell, did not start my sway yet and it found that I wasVitamin D deficient and that i had issues with my thyroid (sub clinical hypothyroid).

I am now taking Vitamin D and in terms of the hypothyroid the doctor wants me to take another blood test in 3 months as it does not necessarily mean I suffer from it. It may be that I was unwell that one off time due to being ill or exhausted etc.

My question, although I totally understand I need to be well before swaying, is how these findings affect a pink sway?

Thank you as always for any input, appreciated

If you're deficient and you take the Vit. D it's not the same - go ahead and take it, eventually you may want to reduce it to 3x a week but give yourself enough time to replenish your stores.

Many doctors will want to treat a subclinical thyroid if they know you are trying to conceive. Did you mention that to him/her, that you planned a pregnancy soon?

I often have people go onto the alternate diet with thyroid issues since thyroid and PCOS tendencies often go hand in hand together. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-...-sugar-issues=

Thanks a lot Atomic! Yes I did mention it but I did not plan to TTC until In a couple of months and they did not seem concerned, not sure why.
They said that for now this does not mean I have it as my results were only slightly off and it may have been because I was tired or with a cold etc
They want me to have another blood test in February before deciding if hypothyroid is an issue or not, hoping it is not.

After that and provided all is good, I plan to start my sway. Or see how to go about it if there is an issue.
Just curious but does hypothyroid sway pink? Though of course I wish I am fine xx

I see, well that's good news anyway! Hopefully it will be all resolved by then anyway.

We don't know if thyroid stuff sways. We have both pink and blue swayers with thyroid problems.
