Hi ladies!
I have been pre swaying blue for a while now. Was planning on ttc starting next month, but I ended up pregnant this cycle and I am now experiencing a chemical. This is new to me. I have only ever been pregnant twice, and I have two beautiful daughters. Any insight on what a chemical does to your cycles exactly???
And my big question is how long after a mc or chemical would I want to wait before trying for blue? Two cycles? Or maybe longer??

Hi and welcome! so sorry to hear of the chemical.
Some people bounce right back after a chemical with no effects, others O a little later. Chemicals may sway slightly pink and whenever someone has the option of waiting a cycle that's great but only if everythign else is equal. I doubt they do much if anything.!!! Thank you Atomic!
I think I’ll probably err on the side of caution and wait two full cycles.
Another question I have... I have been doing short weight sessions and or strength training 3 times a week. Was going to up it to 4 if that’s the recommendation? Basically I’ve just been doing short 15-20 min YouTube videos that include a lot of kettlebell squats, swings, etc. And then push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, things like that. Is that enough time and the right things to be doing?

Waiting two cycles after chemical is probably overkill but follow your heart
4 times a week is excellent.
I'd do 30-40 so do two of them especially if you want to wait 2 whole cycles. I worry you'll gain too much weight.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Alright ladies! Where do I find robitussin without dextromethorphan!? All the robitussins at my grocery stores have dex, and I’ve just tried searching on amazon and still can’t seem to find one with only the guaifenesin...

Yeah, I just went on the Robitussin website and I didn't see the one they used to have without added stuff.
Just get a different brand liek Mucinex, anything that doesn't say "DM"
Here's a page from Walmart that has some choices/examples https://www.walmart.com/c/kp/guaifenesin!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
