So I’m pretty sure af has arrived 3 days early!! The le diet really does mess with your cycles! I was 3 days late last cycle!

Would you ladies keep trying one attempt or switch to E4D this month? Does one sway more pink than the other.

This was the weirdest cycle I've had yet and I don't know if I should keep up with testing for ovulation, or switch to E4D

E4d would be a good choice for you eighme if you find tracking stressful [emoji3] Some people find tracking stressful, others find it stressful not 'knowing' so go with whatever you find more relaxing xo
