    LE DIET

Sorry if this has been asked many times before. Since I found this site I’m learning a lot of what I believed sway pink isn’t what’s done on here! Like avoiding foods, timing, testing ph etc etc. Anyway am I right that with LE Diet you can have any food once it’s within the limits of the diet? Like porridge oats, bananas potatoes etc?? Traditional blue sway foods are ok to eat?
    Thanks so much everyone x

Yes all foods are allowed within limits. Most pink swayers avoid breakfast cereal because it's highly fortified and red meat as well. However it's not going to break your sway if you eat it once or twice. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks so much. Any suggestions on what people may eat in morning if they don’t skip breakfast that isn’t fortified or carbs? Like yogurt or fruit? I can skip breakfast at weekend and perhaps once during the week. My first break in work isn’t until 1pm meaning if I skip breakfast I will be fasting 16/17 hrs and as I’m on my feet in work I’d keel over!!! I could grab 5 mins around 10 am but only for something small as I’d be eating again around 1pm for lunch.

Thanks again. So very glad I came across this website x

I know Atomic has said before that if you have to do breakfast, it's best to either have carbs or protein, not both. Since you're going so long until lunch, you might be better off having protein otherwise you may get too hungry between breakfast and lunch as carbs will drop blood sugar really low. For protein, egg whites, nuts, or cheese or yogurt are good options. If you want to do carbs fruit or toast/bagel or even a smoothie made of fruit and almond milk sounds yummy.

I know, it's sooo annoying, right?? But I figure, it's better to find out that some of this stuff doesn't work than to keep relying on outdated info that won't help your sway succeed. That way we can focus on what does work rather than expending tons of effort on stuff that only cuts odds of conception.

Quick answer - yes, you are quite right. All foods are allowed on LE Diet within the limits.

Longer answer - Despite this, some foods are still going to be better than others. Highly fortified foods, like breakfast cereal and power bars, for example, are better off avoided since they are very nutrient dense. Porridge, most people tend to avoid or limit because they have a compound in them that may raise testosterone. it is very unlikely that porridge on occasion will harm anyone's sway in the slightest but most people do just skip it since it's not neccessary to survival.

Bananas and potatoes are fine! The only reason they were ever said to sway blue is because of potassium; on the mineral balancing diets they were ingesting lots of dairy which has tons of potassium, while trying to limit potassium at the same time. But on LE Diet we are not getting all that potassium from dairy and actually have a hard time getting enough potassium for our bodies to function. So we actually need to keep eating the potassium foods on LE diet.

Yes in that case you'd def. want to eat. I generally recommend for breakfast ONLY (not lunch and dinner) have either just protein or just carbs. Toast, fruit, that kind of thing. OR just eggs, cheese, unsweetened yogurt.
