I知 doing the alternate LE diet and have been leaning towards the ketogenic route simply because I think it might be best for levelling out my insulin resistance. Just wanted opinions on the ketogenic diet for ttc pink.
I知 not being particularly strict - carby treats are definitely still happening. But I知 switching rice I cook for the kids to cauliflower rice for me and when the family have pasta I知 switching it out to some Zero Noodles (ingredients: Konnyaku Glucomannan flour (3.8%), food grade Calcium Hydroxide (0.2%), Water (96%).)
Does this sound like a good idea for my sway? My other carbs will be coming from veg (mainly sweet potato) and wine. Still limiting fat and protein to 50-60g.
Thanks for any response

As long as you're still limiting protein and fat that should be ok but are you getting enough calories that way??

That might be where it falls flat. I haven稚 gone fully over to it yet. But in the very least it値l help me reduce carbs even if I do have to sneak in a few to top up my cals. Hadn稚 even heard of it before!
