    Embarrassed Cheating

It’s valentines day and I’ve cheated big time. Good all day and then a nice surprise in the evening has led to an carbohydrate and protein overload. Have I ruined everything? Within the 12 week optimum period on the diet is there room for the occasional binge like this?

    Hi,

Atomic always says that cheating a little is okay, and if what you ate for one day could sway, then everyone would only bother with one day. Makes sense.

It's not only allowed, it's mandatory. It's all accounted for in the diet.
