Girl diet making me more sensitive

    Is anyone else finding this?

I seem to be much weepier, and in some ways more irritable too. I well up when I see births on TV, hear sad stories in the news, etc.

I lost my Dad in 2008, so over 3.5 years ago now... just came across a mail rule in my inbox to filter mail from him to a separate folder and had a cry. I've already grieved the lack of his email address, though, so surprised it's affected me this strongly again.

Honestly, I've felt that way ever since I was preg w/DS1...I stopped BF him after I was already in my 2nd tri w/DS2 (who is still very much BFing!). I'm just a big sap when it comes to stuff like that. As for the diet:

I think it does but the low blood sugar is what really does me in. Kudos to you if you're not cranky!!! I want to be you, lol!

I am also lazy.... I normally run around the house cleaning all day but lately I don't have the energy. I need a Honey covered BBQ Steak! My couches need to be cleaned and the clothing well they are in piles.

It made me lazy and grumpy too! I guess it could have been the hormone altering stuff too - Vitex and Saw P.
