    Low sodium stir fry sauces

Any ideas for a sauce I can use in stir fries for the family that is low sodium? I usually use soy or tamari but both are high salt [emoji30]

Any reason you need low sodium? If you're doing it for sway purposes, we've found not worrying about salt content is way better than trying to do low to no salt. If it's for health reasons, they do make low sodium soy sauce. I've used coconut aminos before and that's very low in sodium. It tastes like soy sauce to me and personally I like the taste better. For stir fry sauce, I use this sweet and sour one. It's so good and there's only one tablespoon of soy sauce in it so it's low sodium especially if you use the low sodium soy sauce.

You don't have to do low sodium. It's actually an old school sway tactic and our results only got better when it was dropped. It's too hard to stick to low sodium anyway, plus we need at least some sodium for health purposes.

Most of us totally gave up the sodium restriction and our results only went up when we did. I keep (kept) the sodium in the mix on the LE Diet since it was possible, and whenever one of the "old school" methods was possible to coexist with the LE Diet, I kept it. But over time it's become pretty clear the sodium is not doing anything anyway, and really makes it a lot easier to stick to diet if you don't restrict sodium. A few people still choose to do it, but you don't have to.
