    Only sway - no snacking?

I have managed really well to cut out snacking (snacked all day long with the boys)
However I an struggling with understaning the LE diet in terms of how much calories I take in and measurement of fat/protein as mentioned in previous posts so my question is by changing my eating habits to only 2 meals a day, what are the chances this will help a pink sway?
I dont know what to do, getting v confused!

I dont think I go over limits as my portion sizes are not big on my 2 meals and I tend to eat similar foods all the time. My worry is I dont know exact % of salt, fat, calories (unless I eat out) if Im under eating.
Onebigwish how long have you been dieting for your sway?

Atomic usually says between 1500-1800 calories. I don't remember the exact numbers she likes us to aim for in terms of protein and fat. We don't count salt or anything else really.

I've been on the diet since September and I use my fitness pal because it's so easy to scan a barcode or type in my food quickly so I'm usually for sure within limits.

It's 1500-1800 calories, 30-60g fat, 40-50g protein for regular LE. For pcos version it's the same amount of calories but fat is upped to 60g and protein to the 50-60g range. If two meals is too difficult then you can do 3 or even 4 if that suits you better. It's still way better than eating just 2 meals, being hungry and then snacking all day.

With the 2 meals I eat, i dont feel overly hungry but at times feel its jot enough. If my body can cope with what im eating with that be enough? Ive cut out crisps and dont eat any other snacks or drink (accept water before or inbetween my 2 meals

What can happen if im not eating enough, cos what Im doing now is eating the same meals as before (but smaller)
The snacking i did before was always on junk, choc/crisps/nuts/coca cola etc so now that ive cut all that out, is it ok?

Unless I know what your cal/fat/protein totals are, I can't tell you if it's enough. I will say though that LE is not a starvation diet so if you feel like you're going to gnaw your arm off between meals or if you feel shaky/dizzy all the time then you're not eating enough food.

I should mention this because a lot of people get confused over this but for low carb veggies, you do not count them for
calories, fat, or protein. They are a free food so eat however much you want. Higher carb veggies and fruits count calories ONLY. This includes potatoes which people seem to count for protein (they only count for cals).

How would i calculate my intake of indian style curries cos i cook in big batches. Its not possible for me to not eat them as I have all my life and a very fussy eater with anything else and if i tried i would be miserable! Guess i wont be able to do it properly then 😖

If i do basic google search to get a rough estimate on figures I would say im reaching about the 1000 mark in calories.
I tend to have the same meal lunch and dinner - yes boring but i dont mind.
Even with two meals im not overly hungry so would you think i should add full fat milk and maybe eggs to bump my figures up (summat Atomic suggested but doesnt know my full food intake)
