Questions,question about FR,BDing,Cut off

Hi Ladies Just a questions or 2 about trying for a girl.Was going to do the cut off method.My DH is 42 and i dont think he could cope with FR,(although he might surpise me )and with been past the big 40 do you think we could abstain for 4-5 days,then FR/BD then maybe abstain again then FR/BD(cycles vary from 26-36 days) then BD everyday 4-5 days up to cutoff . ????? Another question can you have Os up until say a wk away from ovulation if your ph is quite low.Just one more question sorry if we could do the method above instead of FR after AF could we BD aswell / instead of FR? Sorry its alittle confusing im alittle overloaded and very excited after finding this site,trying to take all the fabulous infromation in and sorting out a sway b4 trying in afew months.Many thanks ladies im sending this before i ask anything else hax

It might be a good idea to avoid the big O because it can increase testosterone.

Big O can increase testosterone and that takes a while to get down.

DH is not a fan of swaying and I can't get him to abstain or FR as he travels a lot lol, so we are doing compressed FR. We will have protected sex whenever and then the day of our attempt I am going to have him release himself and then as soon as he can again release himself a seocond time and then DTD inside me as soon as he can and that will be our attempt. Of course, he's 24 so he can go 3 times in one day

Thank you ladies wow alot of information to take in.Alot of my questions have been answered just need to decide which method is best for DH????decisions,decisions. Carmella-marie EEEEE those were the days lol thank you for your input your method would so not happen in our house bless him(my DH not yours ha) Jokes aside thank you so much for your fabulous knowledge ladies i am so pleased i found this sitexx (Alittle recap does this sound ok combine quickies no O,FR from AF every day(really every day phew-is DH allowed wheetabix) to 2-3 day cut off.Im going to take calcuim,mag n maybe cranberry supps and follow diet.(so right about coffee ph went from 4 to 7 only about an hr after having it) Have refresh to lower ph when needed .Does that make more sense than my first question? Thanks again x

if you have such irregular cycles will you be able to time your 2-3 day cut off..?
