Comments regarding DH's diet-

DH was gluten free and cut back red meat (had it sparingly). He also started drinking coffee (one large cup a day) and soy milk (12 oz a day). He also had 1 to 2 alcohol drinks every night.

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

I wasn't even counting anything towards the end because it had just become a way of life. I always had a fasting period of 13 to 15 hours. I had a couple "cheat meals" at times in the TWW either on gluten or fat. A few months before I conceived, I added 4 eggs a week and a little butter due to decreased LP and spotting before AF. I was mostly dairy free (no milk at all due to intolerance). I also had 1 serving of alcohol each night (white wine or spirits)

We did every 4 days and had an extra attempt the day after positive OPK. Last attempt may or may not have been in time for the egg. For the 3 cycles prior we did frequent release with one attempt and didn't conceive.

I love lavendar essential oil and wore that a lot and diffused. Salt rock lamp at bedside for the last several months.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I was my lowest conception weight. I haven't been this weight for over 10 years. I was very relaxed with the details and didn't obsess over things related to swaying like constant researching and such.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I have 3 boys! Also, I was on antibiotics when I conceived.

Things worth mentioning:

I definitely felt like I had a declining maternal condition. In October, I had shingles and was on antiviral meds for that. Then in December I had strep throat and was on antibiotics and then again needed antibiotics in January for a UTI. I haven't needed to be on antibiotics for years. I'm excited to find out if we'll have our 4th sweet boy or our first girl. Thank you God for the blessing of one more baby! And thank you atomic for all of your advice and encouragement!

We got our NIPT results back today and ITS A GIRL!!!! I'm in shock. I just can't believe it!
