Hello Everyone!
Just looking for clarity! The more I seem to read the more I am getting confused. One secon I’m positive I know what to do to start, the secon I read something that tells me I’m wrong.
To start I am 30 years old. 4 children. Oldest is my girl she is 11, the next three are my darling boys, 9, 3, and 1. I would love to try for one more girl.
So far and please correct me if I’m wrong....
I need to do these things to sway girl
LE diet
Peppermint tea
Calcium supplement
Magnesium supplement
PH levels low
Repharsh if needed
Baby aspirin
Track Ovulation with testers
Now for timing and attempts.
I’m assuming timing means how close to Ovulation
And attempts are for how many non protected sex sessions I have?
So what is the best strategy? I would like to get PG sooner than later, but I will be patience so I can get my girl
Is it e4d or o+12 or 3/4day cut off
Any extra info would be great! Thank you![]()

Hi there
Yes reading lots gets very confusing!
I swayed girl, my understanding is le diet, no cal/ mag but up to each individual.
No point checking ph levels, or asprin. Tracking ovulation helps to do one attempt at positive opk which has a good success rate. Dont think cut offs are recommended. People who havent succeded with one attempt or dont like opks, i think go for e4d as this is similar to one attempt in fertile period.
Coffee is a big factor! Start drinking if u can, or increase amount
And exercise 60 min a day (walking etc) if u canLast edited by Parying4agirl; April 11th, 2018 at 01:45 PM.

The reason why things seem different between sway sites is the theories we base our information on. Many things that are recommended by other sites are based on very old ideas that have been completely debunked using modern technology, but they keep telling people to do these things anyway. I have a full breakdown of those things here in this thread: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...sh-anyway.html
The things that we have found really truly work are: LE Diet 12 weeks or longer, plus fiber, coffee, alcohol, and dropping prenatals and probiotics and other nutrient supps while taking ONLY folic acid or folate; Cardio exercise 60 minutes a day 4-7 days a week (more days are better but as few as 4 still has good results); having one attempt (and e4d is a way to have one attempt without having to track cycles); and Clomid or Femara if you can get them. For DH, smoking and jogging/biking have been proven to sway, and we think that olive leaf extract and soy milk, possibly coffee and alcohol may also help a little for him as well.
That's IT. All the other stuff - baby aspirin, timing, frequency patterns, RepHresh and other jellies, antihistamine, herbal supplements, ph testing - those things have not seemed to work for us and have really cut odds of conception. Most of us have given up on them totally or partially and our results have gone up and up and up the more ineffective things we've cut, in favor of focusing solely on the things that are actually working.
As for calcium/magnesium, personally I do not believe they do anything at all, the science doesn't support them working, I got boys using them and gave them up to get my girl. But, I understand that many people do want to try them. That's fine, just be sure you are using cal-mag supplements ONLY and not drinking and eating tons of dairy foods (since they are loaded with nutrients) and also be sure you are getting them without Vit D in them. The Vitamin D is a strong blue swayer and it is best to avoid it, even though other sites say to take it, they're wrong!
Yes you have that just right - timing is day of cycle you BD on (and this does not work and has been 100% debunked by modern science http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...le-timing.html) and number of attempts is how many times you have sex in your fertile window of O-3 thru O day. For reasons we do not understand, having just one attempt has been a strong pink sway.
I prefer you guys start off doing one attempt (and you can do this either with a 2-3 day cutoff OR at positive OPK, whichever you prefer, even though 2-3 day cutoffs do not work, many people want to use them) before going to e4d. I like you guys to use e4d ONLY after having tried one attempt for at least a couple months first. Do not ever do a 4 day cutoff as the odds of conception are really very slim when done correctly. And do not ever do O+12, it is absolutely my least favorite sway tactic of all. You can read all about why that is, here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/tryi...9-no-12-a.html
Any time you have any questions or encounter something that seems contradictory, ASK. I am always happy to explain and there is always a reason any time things seem different between the sites.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I was feeling very overwhelmed by everything!!!
I will drop everything except for the LE diet and take your advice with the one attempt.
Question: I will go for the one attemp, however how often if any should hubby be releasing?
