All-day coffee sipping while swaying pink

I've been having morning coffee (no breakfast) with about 1-2 tbsp half and half, about 40 calories. Then throughout the morning and sometimes in the afternoon I'll sip on iced coffee mixed with almond milk, with no more than 30 calories of almond milk for the whole day. Guess I'm just wondering if this is ok to do or if it's too much like snacking if it's in between meals. I definitely still feel hungry after drinking it but it helps a lot to curb my desire to snack on food! I never drank coffee before but used to drink tea all day long. And I don't ever put sugar in it either, so all the calories are from the almond milk. Has anyone done this before or have any idea if it's ok to do?

I did this before DD! It was my age old "appetite suppressing" trick. That and sipping diet pepsi haha

This sounds like a great idea. I can’t wait to see if atomic approves it!

Thanks panther- it's good to know that you did it and still got your DD! I feel like it helps so much with the no snacking

Jossy, it's always caffeinated coffee for me. At first I noticed a big effect from the caffeine but now I'm used to it so it doesn't make me feel jittery anymore!

yes it's fine as long as there's no sugar in it, and you're really sticking to those calorie amounts on the half and half and almond milk.

I like you guys to have at least 1 serving of caffeinated coffee (since we honestly do not know what it is about coffee that sways pink, or whether the caffeine matters) and then you can have either caff or decaf the rest of the day at your discretion.
