    Saw palmetto & Soy Isoflavones

    I know your not supposed to take saw palmetto with Clomid but not sure about Soy Isoflavones?

    I wouldn't mix and match them. They work on similar but different mechanisms in the body and when you take one, it can make the other one less effective.

    BTW - SP has not worked for us at all anyway (has really messed up people's cycle and seemed to reduce odds of conception considerably) and while I prefer you guys skip all the herbs, if you have to go with one, I'd do soy iso rather than SP.
