Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Started this diet back in June 2017. Was really strict at first but eased up towards the last few months. No red meat, low sodium, mainly vegetarian ( some chicken here and there but very small amounts) tried to go 14 to 15 hours between meals and 3 to 4 meals a day. Protein was low as was fat. I lost 20 pounds in a year and got down to 110 at time of conception.

About a year. Started out super strict and eased up toward the end.

Any Diet Details?

Vegetarian for the most part and tried to stick to lower protein, fat, and sodium. Ate lots of corn tortillas, veggies, egg beaters, white rice. Also drank Diet Coke and crystal light.

Not super strict the last 4 months or so but overall still stuck to a LE diet for about a year.

Started at 130 and weighed 110 at BFP. I had maintained 110 for about 6 months.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Vegetarian, cutting out red meat for over a year, 20 pound weight loss, sticking to exercise, 1 attempt ( at most 2) feel like my husband fertility has declined with age. Prayer

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Having 3 boys! Possibly 2 attempts, no jump and dump and having orgasm

Things worth mentioning:

I would pray and thank God every day for my little girl. He knows the desires of my heart and no matter what I trust his WILL

For this child I have prayed and you have granted me the desires of my heart.

Update!! It’s a GIRL!! Got my blood test back today!! I can’t believe it. Thank you atomic for all you do and all these wonderful ladies on this sight. Hoping all your dreams come true!
