Ph Strips- just a little help please :)

    Hi all,
I'm a newbie here and trying for a girl sway later on in 2012. Ok, so I have some Ph Strips.. they say to test them with urine. Is that correct or am I meant to be testing CM?
Confused!! What is the optimum Ph range for girl? As you can see I have a decent amount of research to do before my sway.
    Thanks for reading

Welcome! I am sure some of the swaying ladies will jump on here but it is your CM and not your urine that you want to test for swaying purposes when you are trying to assess your pH level. I think they try to get it to go to around 4-5 through diet and things like douching. But, definitely your CM pH level!

Im pretty new to this also but my understanding is that you should be testing your CM ph level. Especially around ovulation time as this is when ph raises.
Ph levels around 4-5 sways girl and higher sways boy. Sure someone with more experienced will come along soon.

Good Luck with your sway, sending you lots of pink dust x

Testing your urine only gives you the PH of the foods and liquids you are consuming. You must check CM around O to know how acidic the environment is for the swimmers. For girl sway you want it to be as low (acidic) as possible and for a boy sway as high (alkaline) as possible. Sugar is probably one of the best things to turn your body acidic.

I also thought that getting enought cm to test would be an issue for me so i bought a mooncup to collect fluids to test to make it easier. But the day i thought i would have ago with my finger and at the time i had false nails on which made it very easy actually. Now my nails are gone i will have to try again with finger to see if its a problem or not. May just have to get my nails done again thats an excuse i can use to keep getting my nails done....lol!!!
