How can you tell when you ovulate? Counting days? My lmp was Jan 2nd. 4 day period. Comes every 28 days exactly

Usually in a 28 day cycle you will O around day 14. You start counting days when your period starts. Other good ways of telling when you O are using a saliva microscope, using ovulation predictor kits, charting your temps, monitoring your cervical position and mucus, some people get O pains, and some people have stronger sexual desire. Fertility Friend is a good website which is free to use and record all the data, it will also tell you when you most likely will ovulate.
