Only got one attempt in this first month on Femara, we were all hit pretty badly with a sickness bug one after the other in our houseso we were either too poorly to BD, looking after our boys or too exhausted to BD! Fingers crossed for the one attempt but I think it was too soon to count.

i cant comment of femara but i got my 1st (living) girl after 4 boys with only 1 attempt which was followed hours later by a horrendous sickness bug!! good luck!!
