When did you announce your pregnancy? ( current, previous or when you're planning to announce your future pg?)
Was it the moment you got BFP or did you wait?
I think I told everyone I was pg first time the moment I POAS only to have a m/c at 11 weeks. So next time I was more cautious, I thought I couldn't stand questions again:what happened? etc. if I had another m/c.
Thank God, DD1 came safelyWhen pg with DD2, we told everyone after 12. week ( first trimester), it felt more certain.
Now if everything goes according to plan lol! I'll tell the world after my 1st trimester. So far only you guys and my DH know the news!!!!

I told all my family as soon as we found out with my first one, and then also had a MC at nearly 13 weeks but I don't regret telling people, they saw how excited I was and how scared of a MC before it happened. It meant the pregnancy news wasn't all negative initially, and they were able to support me better too
second time around we kept it to ourselves (although my manager knew because I had bad morning sickness and couldn't make it into the office in the mornings). I told my mum at 11 weeks when I wanted her to come and attend the scan with me for more support in case the same happened again, but noone else knew. I didn't want anyone to know because I was a nervous wreck and didn't want to talk about pregnancy. I told close friends at 13 weeks after my scan, and work colleagues/facebook at 16 weeks as I was starting to show.
next time, I will relax more about it and tell people sooner... but won't announce on facebook until 2nd tri again

I wanted to tell everyone after my 1st trimester, but my belly was huge at 8 weeks. So at 9 weeks I told everyone. Parents at 8 weeks I think.

DD1 was such a shock I kept blurting it out to people; I was 8-9 weeks before we even knew I was pg though.
DD2 and DD3 I told my closest friends early, the rest (including our parents) I told after 1st trimester. With DD3 we had so much else going on this summer that it really wasn't the biggest thing on my mind!

DS1: 13 weeks
DS2: 8 weeks
DS3: 9 weeks
baby #4: I'm 15 weeks & have only told 3 close friends. Our families have no idea. Due, mainly, because my 3rd pregnancy was so horrible from all the horrible comments! It's been so much more enjoyable this time & it's actually fun having a secret from our "know it all" families. I'll announce after I know the gender. I find out at 18 weeks...will probably have to announce by 19/20 weeks. Although, we're not going to announce the gender...even if it IS a girl.

OMG Zivic - I haven't been on since Christmas and this is the first I am seeing of this. I am so happy for you!! Congrats!!
Now as for your question, with DS1 and 2 we basically told everyone right away. With DS3 (my angel) for some reason we waited and I didn't tell many people. A lot of people still don't know we were pg. With this one, other than my close family, close friends no one knows irl. My father doesn't even know. We won't be telling anyone until after we get results from the cvs which will probably be about 14-15 weeks. Even then, I'm not sure whether we'll tell "everyone".2004,

I always waited to tell everyone until 12 weeks or so, aside from family and a few close friends. Congrats again, ZB!

You would sure think so... We have 4 sides to hide it from (2 sets of divorced) & the only ones who've "joked" seriously about it was my dad/step-mom. They never asked directly & I never answered directly. They're the only ones who get the "I knew it!" card.
Otherwise, it's amazing how much a hoodie & zip-up sweat shirt covers!!
