Chemical pregnancy and girl diet

I just found out today that I had a chemical pregnancy. I am so heartbroken [emoji26]I have been on the boy diet since my BFP. I know I need to switch back to the girl diet but do I need to wait another month before we try again or can I try next month? Have I put myself in boy territory? I’ve been off LE diet for about 1.5 weeks.

Oh no I'm so sorry to hear that. Just resume diet when you're ready and try when the doc gives you the ok. A week off won't undo the time you spent on diet. Most people just try the same month as a chemical.
