Hi Atomic,
I知 Swaying pink and I知 having sugar free gum between my three meals to curb my appetite and space out my meals further, is that OK? Or does that hurt pink sway?
Calories of the gum I have each time are about 6 calories.
Thanks in advance [emoji120]

Sugar Free Gum
Just to add that in past custom plans you advised to do the PCOS diet as I was borderline gestational diabetes with my last pregnancy though I managed to control my sugars well through diet only and my last baby was a good weight

I have been letting everyone use sugar free gum between meals all this time. It's fine in reasonable amounts, I'd try not to chew one right afer another after another though. Have one when you need it, but don't go overboard with it.
