After 2 girls, my hubby and I have decided to try to sway boy this year for our 3rd and final baby.
I am 28 and he is 30 and we both exercise regularly. That said, he is much more active than me. He works out at least 6 days a week. Not to mention he still plays in our local (Aussie rules) football league in the winter. It’s pretty high intensity so he runs about 2-10kms almost daily.
I’m concerned this will affect our sway 😞
I may be able to convince him to take it down a notch (slightly) but he obviously can’t stop the cardio as that’s a key component to his sport. Any advice on how to maximise our chances of having a boy despite his exercise level??

All that sways pink. Whatever the reasons why you have gotten boys in the past, it was not your husband's exercise level and he should continue with that. Unlike most things in swaying, cardio exercise for men swaying pink has been proven in studies and is a very solid and highly recommended tactic!
