Hello, I am wondering when you count cals, fat and protein for rice, pasta and quinoa - do you measure based on cooked or uncooked?

It shouldn't matter just as long as you're measuring one way and also using the nutrient data from that.
Read the label and see if the product is listed as cooked or uncooked, and use that nutrient data. (some have both and you can use whatever is easiest.)!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
