I'm eating Tesco's own brand greek yogurt 100mg pots it has decent fat and protein in it that's why I eat it. I use one in the morning with fruit for a smoothie and one in the evening with some fruit or nuts after dinner. I think greek yogurt is supposed to be good for both weight loss and for your blood sugar levels😊

Please do not increase dairy due to the calcium theory. Dairy foods may have calcium, but they also have protein, fat, Vitamin D, and massive amounts of potassium and sodium.
If you must do the mineral stuff, get your minerals through supplements and NOT upping dairy intake.
You can have SOME dairy, but please stay within the limits of the LE Diet. Even on the mineral diets dairy must be limited to prevent you from getting too much potassium and sodium (because limiting those things is part of the goal of the mineral diet, even though we no longer believe it is necessary for LE Dieters).
Now, to answer your question, you need to focus on whatever type of yogurt meets your needs best for that particular day. There is not one kind of yogurt better than another. Some days you may be high in fat and need a lowfat yogurt (which is fine provided you are not on the alternate LE Diet, since it doesn't allow skim dairy at all). Other days you may need the fat and would want a full fat version (and alternate LE Dieters please eat ONLY full fat dairy, no skim) Have the type of dairy that meets your needs for that day.!!!
